Mobile Phones and Earbuds: - Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. - The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included. b. Perfumes: - Perfumes can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. - The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 2. How to Initiate a Return: a.
